9.1. Replacing the nozzle set
The nozzle set consists of the needle cap
[1-2], air cap [1-7], fluid tip [1-8] and paint
needle [1-9].
Dismantle the nozzle set
■ Unscrew the end piece [1-17] with O-ring
[1-16] out of the gun body [1-9].
■ Loosen nut for fixing the needle [1-24].
■ Pull the paint needle [1-19] back out of the
gun body.
■ Unscrew the nozzle head [1-3] from the
gun body using the wrench for nozzle head
[1-25].
■ Unscrew air cap [1-7] and needle cap [1-2]
from the nozzle head.
■ Take the fluid tip [1-8] out of the gun body.
■ Clean parts with suitable cleaning agent.
Mount the nozzle set
■ Insert the fluid tip [1-8] into the gun body.
■ Screw air cap [1-7] and needle cap [1-2]
onto the nozzle head [1-3].
■ Screw the nozzle head onto the gun body
with the wrench for nozzle head [1-25].
■ Push the paint needle [1-19] into the gun
body [1-9] from behind.
■ Screw in the nut [1-24] for fixing the nee-
dle.
■ Screw the end piece [1-17] with O-ring
[1-16] into the gun body.
