6 Service and maintenance
Danger
Pull the power plug during all
service work.
After longer periods of operation,
MAFELL recommends to take the
device to an authorised MAFELL
customer service shop for
inspection.
The storage place must be dry and frost-protected.
If the device fails despite diligent manufacturing and
test procedures, the repair must be carried out by an
authorised customer service station for MAFELL
products.
Danger
Only use MAFELL accessories and
spare parts. Have components, the
replacement of which has not been
described in this document,
replaced at a MAFELL customer
service station.
6.1 Maintenance
Information can be referenced in the operating
instructions (Art.-No. 170425 and 170426) of dust
extractor S 35 M.
8 Troubleshooting
Look up this chapter in the operating instructions of the S 35 M with Art.-No. 170425 or Art.-No. 170426.

10 Parking position of the insulating material wire saw DSS 300cc and its
accessories
The insulating material wire saw DSS 300 cc can be parked on the S 200 by means of S200-MH (Art.-No.
207164) (Fig. 3).
The parallel stop 11 (Fig. 3) and additional work plate 12 (Fig. 3) can also be stored on the dust extractor.

6.2 Servicing
Information can be referenced in the operating
instructions (Art.-No. 170425 and 170426) of dust
extractor S 35 M.
7 Transport
7.1 Lifting / loading onto a vehicle
2 persons are required to lift the S 200.
7.2 Lifting with a crane
If the high volume dust extractor S 200 is lifted with a
crane, the following must be observed!

Only lift the container by the two lateral handles
8 (Fig. 1). The maximum permissible total
weight is 70 kg!

Never lift it by the upper handle 9 or by handle
10.

Never use only one of the handles 8 for lifting.
7.3 Shifting at the construction site
The high volume dust extractor S 200 can be pulled
by one person by means of the transport equipment
and handle 10.
