from the upper rim of the canister, and place the
cover on the canister.
- Attach the side handles on the lid itself and then turn
the knob to the "OPEN" - (M)" position (fig. U).
- Using the Connection Tube (15), connect the air
intake for the ACCESSORY PORT tube (3) on the
machine with the Canister Lid Knob (fig. U).
- Close the Cover (4).
- Press the Marinating key (1.7) and the marinating
cycle will start. Throughout the marinating cycle
(approximately 12 minutes), the marinating key LED
will flash. The machine will turn itself off automati-
cally after the third vacuum phase.
- When the LED turns off, the cycle is finished.
- Remove the Connection Tube (15) from the canister
first and then from the ACCESSORY PORT (3) on the
ATTENTION: Always unplug the machine before clean-
ing the MAGIC VAC .

Please Note: At the end of the cycle, if you wish to vac-
uum-pack your marinated food, turn the knob on the
canister to the "CLOSED" position.
You can stop the machine at any time by pressing the
Cancel button (1.5); if you wish to repeat the marinating
operation you must detach the Connection Tube from
the canister and wait for it to refill completely with air.
Then, re-attach the tube to the knob (in the OPEN - M
position) on the canister and restart the rapid marinating
cycle by pressing theMarinating button (1.7).
Please Note: During the marinating cycle, the knob on
the container must be turned to the "OPEN - (M)" position.

of the canister are clean and dry.
