Install the Hardware

WARNING
• The electrical connections and conduit installations shall be made by a certified electrician
and in compliance with local regulations.
• Risk of electric shock. The product shall be grounded using a grounding wire. Make sure
both ends of the grounding wire are in contact with their respective grounding surfaces.
• The mains supply shall be disconnected during installation.

The power supply specified with the product shall be used. Using any other power supply
will void the warranty and could leave the unit at a risk.
Note
• The ground wire should be about 10 mm longer than the other two wires, to prevent
accidental disconnection.
• If using the day/night sensor, place the light sensor box so that the day/night sensor
can track the changes in daylight.
1. Remove the lid and open the light sensor box, see the hardware overview on page 15.
Note
To make the installation easier, it is possible to remove the connector block and re-mount
it when the wires are connected.
2. Connect the mains supply wires to the mains supply connector block.
