Possible causes
» Appliance not connected to
the electricity grid.
» The device is connected to
multiple outlets or power bar.
» No current at the current
outlet.
» Milk frother inserted

» Whisk not present in the milk
frother or not assembled/
inserted correctly.
» Multifunction button pressed

Solution
» Make sure the power cord is properly plugged into
the current outlet.
» Connect the device directly to the current outlet.
» Connect another device to check the power supply.
» Make sure to have inserted the milk frother correctly
on the base and that there are no foreign bodies
between the base and the milk frother that prevent
proper operation.
» Contact Lavazza's Customer Service.
» Make sure the whisk is present, assembled and
inserted correctly in the milk frother.
» Make sure not to press the multifunction button
twice.
