diving gear.
Caring for seals
Regularly grease seals with a thin layer of silicon grease. This will keep
the seal pliable and prevent cracks. Be sure to follow the manufacturer
instructions for compatible greases. Only use non-silicone grease on
silicone seals.

Checking the seal

Verify the seal is in good condition before every use. It must be free
from cracks.
Always immediately remove any dirt – including tiny grains of sand
and every single hair. Hair in particular can affect the seal, thus
damage the camera.
