Fault

Cause
Program activated via remote
control
Remote control battery is
empty
Remote control range is ex-
ceeded or wireless signal of
the remote control is dis-
turbed due to wireless signals
of other devices
Suction pipe blocked
Pre-filter is dirty
Suction side is leaky
The quantity transported by
the pump depends on the
transport height and the con-
nected periphery

Remedy
Check the remote control
settings
Change the battery
Reduce distance to the
pump. Maximum distance
to pump is 100m; walls and
other hindrances can re-
duce the range.
Pull out the mains plug and
clean the suction pipe
Remove the pre-filter and
clean it under flowing wa-
ter; rinse out residual dirt, if
any, in the filter intake by
opening the drain.
Check the entire suction
side for leaks
Keep max. flow height, see
technical data. If neces-
sary, select a different hose
diameter or hose length.
