4.5 Removing the Remaining Paper Roll

1 Lift the head up lever.
2 Gently remove the paper. The head goes off the platen roller to allow extraction of the
paper roll.

CAUTION
• Do not remove paper roll with the head up lever down, or damage to the head may result.
• Hot temperature may remain in the printer mechanism just after printing operation. Use
care not to touch the heated part while accessing the printer.
