into position 1 and the position 2 .. In order to move the wheels from position 1 to 2 make the wheel
support (S) to slide towards the direction shown by arrow A, B and C . To move the wheels back to
position 1, make the same operations backwards.
WHAT TO CHECK BEFORE OPERATIOn (Fig. 6A)
Checking the oil level of the
transmission place the machine as shown in figure.
Unscrew the screw (1) and remove the brush (2).
Unscrew the oil cap screw (3 - Fig 6B) and check the oil level to be at the bottom level of the hole
(4), as shown in the figure.
MOTOR-BRUSH : HOW TO START
- Insert the plug into the socket 230 Volt,
- Make the wire to pass into the wire-holder (fig.2/b part.12).
- Press the switch (1) and pull the lever (2) (fig. 4).
- Once the engine is switched on, release the switch (1) making the lever to be pulled(2). For the
unit switching off and the brushes stopping, release the lever (fig.4 part. 2).
HOW TO CHAnGE THE OIL (Fig.6A - 6B)
In general , you should replace the
transmission oil every 60 hours job. Position the machine as shown in Figure 6A.
Unscrew the screw (1) and remove the brush (2).
Unscrew the oil cap screw (3 - Fig 6B), and then tilt the machine and make the oil to flow out of the
hole (4). Return the machine to the position as shown in Figure 6A, then using a syringe or a small
pump put in some new oil (SAE 80 for transmission), quantity about 0.11 liters or in any case until
the lower level of the hole (4, see also chapter WHAT TO CHECK BEFORE OPERATION). The filler
cap and drain correspond to the level of the oil.
MAInTEnAnCE – CLEAnInG
ATTENTION: before starting any work or maintenance on the machine or to remove foreign bodies,
you should always disconnect all electrical connections.
In order to remove a stone or other object which can be accidentally got stuck into the brushes,
please use protection gloves. never use water for cleaning purposes.
Please check regularly that all nuts and screws to be well tightened; this is to guarantee the safe
working of the unit.
