the hose so as to be as straight as possible and as far as possible in the direction of
the pump or valve. Increasing the distance between the unit and the pool, as well as
the complexity of the pipework, have a negative impact on the properties of the fil-
ter unit. Install the filter unit below the water level in the pool with a pump located
at the bottom of the pool (this is a flow pump). The pump supply cable is equipped
with a plug for connection to a 230V / 50Hz electrical circuit. This electrical circuit
must conform to the relevant standard (ČSN 33 2000) and must be equipped with
a current protector with a tripping current of 30 mA. The pump is not equipped
with a running switch. We recommend that it be connected via a device that allows
the pump to be switched on and off (eg a switch socket).
Assembling a filter device
We recommend using a teflon tape for higher leakage on all threads. Surface
Seal the seal with a suitable grease, such as Indulon, before installation.
1) Place the pump on the base
Place the pump on the base according to the opening picture. Attach the two
supplied stainless steel screws to the holes drilled in the base and secure the pump
to the base using the nuts.
2) Preparing the pump
Unscrew the suction throttle nut, fit the seal into the suction chamber of the pump.
Then insert the transparent suction chamber and secure it firmly with the nut.
Insert the O-ring and the hose spindle into the opening in the transparent suction
chamber. Before screwing the hose mandrel, we recommend that you wrap the
teflon tape and tighten it only by hand to avoid damaging the transparent suction
chamber. Insert the O-ring into the discharge nozzle and screw on the flexible hose,
tighten firmly. Check that the pump drain screw is firmly tightened.
3) Preparing the container and filling the container with sand
All blades must be worn on the wrist strap. These shoulder blades, according to
the protrusion, are attached to the bayonet of the wreaths and turn to lock in the
wreath. The first two blades can be mounted outside the container, others must
be mounted directly in the container. Figure 2. Place the rim bar on the center of
the container and check that the drain valve is firmly tightened. Then place the
filtration tank in the opening so that the cutout on the underside of the container
fits into the opening on the base of the filter device, Figure 2. Place the cluster rod
on the center of the container and pour it in half with water to stabilize it. Put the
protective cover on the mouth of the container and make sure that the rim is still
centered. Fill the filter container chamber with sand filler, silica sand not included in
the pack. Silicon sand must have a grain size of 0.6–1.2 mm.
4) Attach six-way valve
Carefully clean the filter bowl. Attach the container seal to the top of the container.
The bearing surface of the sealing ring and the surface of the sealing ring itself
must be clean, free of sand and debris. Wipe lightly with grease. Ensure that the
seal is properly seated. Now place the valve on the top of the container, making
