Removing the strainer casings

How to proceed:
1. Open the clips on the strainer casings.
2. Remove the strainer top casing.
3. Release the clamp from the pump.
4. Take the pump out of the strainer bottom casing and pull the suction adapter and regulator from the pump.
Cleaning the pump
Prerequisite:
• No hoses are connected to the unit connections.
• The strainer casings have been removed. (→ Removing the strainer casings)

How to proceed:
1. Remove the screws.
2. Pull off the intermediate casing with pump housing, O-ring and impeller unit.
3. Clean all parts with a brush in clean water.
– Check parts for damage and replace, if necessary.
4. Reassemble in the reverse order.

How to proceed:
1. Remove the screws.
2. Remove the pump housing, then pull off the impeller unit and flat seal.
– When the impeller is pulled out, the radial bearing in the motor housing may come loose.
3. Clean all parts with a brush in clean water.
– Check parts for damage and replace, if necessary.
4. Reassemble in the reverse order.
– Check that the radial bearing in the motor housing is correctly seated. If necessary, press the radial bearing with
the wide grooves at the front into its seat in the motor housing.

How to proceed:
1. Remove the screws.
2. Remove both adapter plates, the pump housing with O-ring and the intermediate housing.
3. Pull off the impeller unit and flat seal.
– When the impeller is pulled out, the radial bearing in the motor housing may come loose.
4. Clean all parts with a brush in clean water.
– Check parts for damage and replace, if necessary.
5. Reassemble in the reverse order.
– Check that the radial bearing in the motor housing is correctly seated. If necessary, press the radial bearing with
the wide grooves at the front into its seat in the motor housing.
