Warning
Do not use any organic solvents (acetone, tetrahydrofuran), strong
acids or lyes for cleaning! These substances can damage the sensor.
Note
After cleaning always calibrate the sensor before the next measurement!
Note
A whitish coating can occur or a little bit of liquid can leak from the junction.
This is not a malfunction but escaping solution of the reference electrode.
Rinse the sensor with deionized water before measuring.

5.10 Exchanging the measuring tip

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
The measuring tip of the SenTix
be repaired. Exchange the measuring tip in the following cases:
l Sensitivity or response time are considerably reduced despite cleaning
l Zero adjustment or calibration cannot be carried out as described
l Press the On/Off key to switch off the sensor. The measuring LED stops
flashing.
l Unscrew and remove the cap nut.
l Carefully pull the measuring tip off the converter.
