carefully and take care of the following hints to avoid damages. Any failure
caused by ignoring the mentioned items and cautions mentioned in the
instruction manual are not covered by our warranty and any liability.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Talk to your doctor before exercising.
• Pay attention to your body, as over exercising can be harmful. If you have
concerns, speak with your doctor.
• Do not operate the Climbing Machine until the unit is completely
assembled. Keep this manual with the unit.
• Please keep the Climbing Machine away from children and pets.
• Inspect the Climbing Machine before each use and ensure that all screws
and washers are fully tightened.
• If during use the Climbing Machine makes unexpected noises, stop using
immediately and do not use until it is fully operational.
• Wear proper clothes while exercising. Do not wear loose clothing, or
any items that can become entangled with the climber while it is in use.
Please wear closed toed shoes and be sure the laces are tight and will not
become tangled in the machine.
• Please use the Climbing Machine on flat even surfaces and in a clean
indoor environment. Do not use outdoors.
Important: The user's maximum weight should be less than 150 kg.
• Please clean the Climbing Machine regularly and following heavy
workouts to avoid rust.
• Follow assembly instructions.
• Periodically check screws and tighten as necessary.
