Reparaturprogramm
KARL STORZ Endoskope führt Reparaturen auf Wunsch
nach Kostenvoranschlag durch. Bei Ihrer Einsendung
geben Sie bitte eine Fehlerbeschreibung sowie Typ und
Serien-Nr. Ihres Gerätes an. Sie finden diese Daten auf dem
Typenschild des Gerätes. Eine vorbeugende Wartung ist
nicht erforderlich.

VORSICHT: Die Lichtquelleneinheit und elektro-
nisches Zubehör dürfen nicht geöffnet werden.
Die Instandsetzung defekter Geräte darf nur durch
KARL STORZ Endoskope oder durch Personen vor-
genommen werden, die durch KARL STORZ Endos-
kope autorisiert sind.
Zur Instandsetzung dürfen nur Originalteile von KARL STORZ
Endoskope verwendet werden.

VORSICHT: Niemals scharfkantige Gegenstände,
wie z. B. Bürsten zum Reinigen verwenden.

WARNUNG: Die Lichtquelleneinheit und Zubehör
dürfen nicht mit aggressiven Flüssigkeiten (Säuren,
Laugen, Lösungsmitteln) oder aggressiven Gasen in
Kontakt kommen.

Um im Reparaturfall Ausfallzeiten in Ihrem Unternehmen
zu verhindern, stellt KARL STORZ Endoskope auf Wunsch
Leihgeräte zur Verfügung. Hilfe finden Sie in Deutschland

Entsorgung
Dieses Gerät ist entsprechend der europäischen
Richtlinie 2012/19/EU über Elektro- und Elektronik-
Altgeräte (waste electrical and electronic equipment
– WEEE) gekennzeichnet.
Nach Ablauf der Lebensdauer ist das Gerät als
Elektronikschrott zu entsorgen. Hierzu erfragen
Sie bitte die für Sie zuständige Sammelstelle bei
KARL STORZ GmbH & Co. KG, einer KARL STORZ
Niederlassung oder Ihrem Fachhändler.
Im Geltungsbereich der Richtlinie ist KARL STORZ
GmbH & Co. KG für die ordnungsgemäße

repair program
On request, KARL STORZ Endoskope carries out repairs
after first providing a cost estimate. When sending your unit
for repair, please describe the fault and state the type and
serial number of your unit. You will find this information on
the identification plate of the device. Preventive maintenance
is not essential.

CAUTION: The light source unit and electronic
accessories must not be opened. Defective units
must only be repaired by KARL STORZ Endoskope or
by persons authorized by KARL STORZ Endoskope.
Only original parts from KARL STORZ Endoskope may be
used for repairs.

CAUTION: Never use sharp objects, such as a
brush, for cleaning.

WARNING: The light source unit and accessories
must not get into contact with aggressive liquids
(acids, alkalis, solvents) or aggressive gases.

To prevent interruptions at your organization due to repairs,
KARL STORZ Endoskope will provide units on loan. In

Disposal
This device has been marked in accordance with the
European Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical
and electronic equipment (WEEE).
At the end of its useful operating life, dispose of the
unit as electronic scrap. Please ask KARL STORZ
GmbH & Co. KG, a KARL STORZ subsidiary, or your
authorized dealer about the collection point in your
area.
Within the scope of application of this Directive,
KARL STORZ GmbH & Co. KG is responsible for the
proper disposal of this device.
