Problem
The unit fails to turn on or.
no sound.
The unit can turn on but
no sound.
Sound from one channel
only.
Some Zone no sound.

The unit doesn't operate
correctly with remote.
Attention on remote control
This remote control can control the functions of this unit only.
Solution to update the remote control software if it does not work is as below.
1. Power on the unit
2. Press ZOOM3 button on front panel of the unit and to press any key on remote control to study at
same time, the updating process succeed after it shows WRITE OK on display.
3. When the display shows WELCOME, it means the updating process has failed, please repeat
above actions.
