2. Never turn on the thermo belt when wet or in a wet
environment. The appliance has to be completely
dry before being turned on.
3. Do not operate or unplug the appliance with wet
or moist hands or feet.
4. Children must not be allowed to play with the
packaging material! Never place plastic in reach of
children: Danger of suffocation!
5. Before use, check if the voltage stated on the cloth
label resp. the type plate of the control element
matches your line voltage. Only connect the power
plug to a correctly installed wall power outlet.
6. After unpacking, immediately check the thermo
belt for completeness. Also, check for damage or
signs of wear before every use. Do not use the ap-
pliance if the thermo belt itself, the cord, the con-
trol element, the power plug or the connection
adapter are damaged or if the appliance shows
other signs of disturbance, f.e. if the heat flow is in-
terrupted. In this case, pull the plug from the socket
right away. Never do repairs yourself, give the ap-
pliance to Solis or a certified Solis service point in-
stead to have it checked, repaired or mechanically
or electrically maintained.
