Internal calls
If several handsets are registered on the base station, internal calls can be made between
them free of charge.
Press the E button.

Enter the number of the handset to be contacted (1...5).

Complete the call.
Press the B button to end the call.

External phone calls
There are two methods by which to dial phone numbers, namely direct dialling and indirect dial-
ling.
Direct dialling
Press the A button and wait for the dialling tone.

Dial the phone number.

Complete the call.
Press the B button to end the call.

Indirect dialling

Dial the phone number.
Delete any incorrect digits using the C button.

Press the A button. The phone number is dialled and a connection established.

Holding a call / brokering
While a call is in progress, it is possible to dial another handset in order to consult with some-
one. The external caller is put on hold while you converse with the second, internal person cal-
led. You can repeat this procedure as often as required.
Press the O button to initiate the enquiry call. The line is put on hold.

Dial the number of the subscriber's extension you require (e.g. 22).
Press the O again to take the call back; or press the B button to forward the call

Making conference calls
An external call can be transferred to another internal handset for a conference call.
While making an external call, press the E button. The external caller is put on hold.

Enter the number of the handset required. The handset is dialled.
When the handset dialled answers, press and hold the E button for 2 seconds to

enable the Conference Call mode.
Any handset can quit the conference call by pressing the B button. The call is

continued on the other handset.
Setting the receiver volume
The receiver volume as well as the loudspeaker volume for Handsfree mode can be adjusted to
one of 5 levels.
To adjust the receiver volume while making a call, press the L button several times, as ap-
propriate.
