 Note:
A RAID volume must be created in the Thecus admin UI before the
VisoGuard UI can be accessed.
Step 2: HDD Installation - Install HDDs into the system (by
hot plugging). Once successfully installed, you will be able to
see disk information under Storage > Disks Information in the
navigation menu.
 Note:
This depends on what Thecus NVR model you have: the NVR22
supports 2 disks, the NVR42/NVR46 supports 4 disks, the NVR55
supports 5 disks, NVR77 supports 7 disks, NVR88 supports 8 disks,
the NVR120 supports 12 disks, and the NVR160 supports 16 disks.
Step 3: Create RAID Volume - On the RAID Management
screen, click the Create button to go to the Create RAID screen.
Tick the installed HDDs you wish to use to create the RAID
volume, select desired RAID level, and press the Create button.
