Quick Installation and Usage Guide
To compete installation and start working with your new Thecus
VisoGuard NVR, please follow the instructions below.
• Setup System IP Address
• Create System RAID Volume
• Start Surveillance Software
• How to access Thecus VisoGuard NVR
A. Setup System IP Address:
T h e s y s t e m d e f a u l t I P
address is 192.168.1.100
and you can change it by
using the Thecus VisoGuard
system discovery tool. This
tool can be found on the CD
included with the system. This
tool is meant for installation
on a Microsoft Windows OS.
To change the IP address, simply click the desired system
from the discovery list and follow the wizard step-by-step to
complete the settings.
B. Create System RAID Volume:
Step 1: Login - Once the Thecus VisoGuard IP address has
been set, login to the system using the default admin password
"admin".
