Battery or accupack operation

The EK 3052-U can be optionally powered by batteries or rechargeable accupacks.
Insert two 1.5 V AA size batteries into the supplied B 2013 battery box. The B 2013 has
an operating time of approx. 8 hours with the volume set to a medium value. Since the
power consumption depends to a large extent on the volume adjustment on the EK
3052-U, the operating time will be reduced by 30 % if the volume is set to a high value.
The operating time can be increased by 20 % if you choose a low volume.
When used at a fixed location,
economical and environmetally
friendly operation with the
rechargeable BA 2013 accupacks is
recommended.
Two BA 2013 accupacks can be
simultaneously charged in their
associated L 2013 charger. During the
charging process, the BA 2013
accupacks can remain attached to the
receivers.
Up to five L 2013 chargers can be
daisy-chained and powered by a
common mains unit.
Note
If the receiver is operated with
accupacks, the operating time will be
reduced to approx. 4 hours with the
volume set to a medium value.
