dot2 Trouble Shooting
If the device does not do what it should - here are a few tips ...
Screens remain Power supply is OK?
black Turned on?
Cooling holes free in the housing?
Console does not
move to the
operating mode and
/ or remains stuck at
boot mode
Screens do not Hardware damage
respond to touch
Screens respond Screens are not calibrated
incorrectly to touch correctly
Fixture not respond to Properly patched?

Fixture not respond to Connection between Wing and
the connected Wings console right?
Connected wings do
not react
Fixture suddenly no Master fader closed?
longer respond to Switched Freeze or Blind function?

Set the main switch to "I"
Clean the holes and ensure cooling
Restart the console – if this occurs
repeatedly contact MA Service
