Caution!

The de-scaling solution contains phos-
phoric acid and acetic acid. Can seriously
damage you eyes on contact. Swallow-
ing or skin contact can lead to burns.
When handling the de-scaling soluti-
on, always wear protective clothing in
compliance with the health & safety
regulations.

• The ice that contains traces of descaling
solution must be removed. It cannot be
used.
Note!
The machine may sound louder during the
descaling process. This is an indication of heavy
scaling inside the freezer cylinder. If this is the
case, you should switch off the flake ice machi-
ne for a few minutes to allow the lime deposits
inside the freezer cylinder to come loose.
• Switch off the flake ice machine by plugging
it out.
• Take the ice from the ice tray or unfreeze with
warm water.
• The descaling process is complete.
