Malfunctions

If a malfunction occurs that you cannot remedy, please contact the customer service. The contact

Error
Flake ice machine does not
work.
Orange LED shines although
there is not ice in the ice tray.
The upper red LED shines.
The middle red LED shines.
Lowest red LED flashes.
Lowest red LED shines.
Compressor works irregularly.
Cause
Mains plug not in
Machine outside the set ope-
rating time.
Filling level sensor faulty.
No cooling
No´water for the ice produc-
tion.
No cooling
Pressure is too high.
Room temperature is too low
Evaporation temperature is
too high.
Screw turns in wrong direc-
tion.
Rotational speed of the screw

Gas that cannot condense in

Plug in to the mains
Set operating time correctly
(see section 'Set time con-
trol').
Clean filling level sensor or
arrange for it to be replaced
by a specialist.
Check the supply line to the

Regulate room temperature
Check the feed and return
