Problem
Playback of the
Bluetooth device starts

Possible cause
The automatic Bluetooth
®
playback (APL) function is activated (ON)�
1� USB driver not installed�
2� Volume on the PC turned down�
3� Volume on the speaker turned down�
4� You are trying to play a Dolby
or DTS signal�

1� The slave speaker was not disconnected or was
not disconnected from the mains long enough
before pairing�
2� The slave speaker was in standby mode
during the pairing�
3� The slave was connected to the mains before
the coupling was initialised on the master�
4� The distance between slave and master
is too high�
1� The master was assigned the same channel
as a slave speaker when pairing�
2� Two slave speakers were assigned the
same channel when pairing�
Solution
Set the APL function to OFF, according to the
chapter "automatic Bluetooth
1� Install the USB driver according to the chapter
Installing the USB Driver�
2� Increase the volume on the PC�
3� Increase the volume on the speaker�
Digital 4� In the playback software, set the audio output to PCM or

downmix� Contact the manufacturer of the playback software�
1� Disconnect the slave speaker to be paired for
at least 30 seconds from the mains�
2� After turning on the power switch of the slave speaker, turn it
on by pressing the power button on the remote control�
3� Always start pairing at the master before connecting the
slave to the mains�
4� Reduce the distance between master and slave�
The maximum distance is 10 m in the same room�
1� First use the test tone to check which speaker is playing the
wrong channel� If it is the master, simply change the channel
assignment of the master according to the chapter:
WSP (Wireless Speaker Pairing, see Page 78)� If it is a slave, re-
connect this speaker as described in Pairing a Slave Speaker and
select the correct channel�
