Define the operating modes of the instrument
a --> start automatic mode
c --> start control mode
m --> start measure mode
Step size
1 ... 100 --> step size from operating the up and down buttons in %

Set Communication Interface Echo
0 --> Echo Off
1 --> Echo On
On: Default. Sent command is returned, following the response, the
command will be concluded with "OK".
Off: Only the pure response will be transmitted.
