1. Specifications

1.1. Important information
Carefully study and observe all items of these operating instructions before
commissioning the unit.
In principle, the Wöhler CD 210 CO -Meter should only be used by skilled

personnel for its intended purpose and within the specified range of data.
Any liability or warranty for results established or for defects caused when
using the unit is excluded by all means.
1.2. Application
The Wöhler CO -Meter measures CO level, air temperature, dew point,

wet bulb temperature and humidity and is an ideal instrument for indoor air
quality diagnosis.
Poor indoor air quality is considered unhealthy because it causes tired-
ness, loss of ability to concentrate and even illness (ex. Sick Building Syn-
drome). Therefore, indoor air quality diagnosis monitoring and survey, es-
pecially on CO level and air ventilation is widely applied in public areas

such as offices, classrooms, factories, hospitals and hotels. It is also sug-
gested in regulations of industrial hygiene in some countries.
The portable Wöhler CD 210 uses NDIR (non dispersive infrared) technol-
ogy to ensure the reliability and long term stability. It is useful in verifying
HVAC system performance and air ventilation control.
