1. Start with Upper Cable (72)
•
With Upper Cable (72) in groove of Pulley (51), thread Upper Cable (72) through Upper Cross Beam (3) .
•
Install Pulley NO.1 (51) to Upper Cross Beam (3), using one M10X40mm Hex Bolt (83),
and one M10 Nylon Nut (96).
•
Install Pulley NO.2 & NO.4 (51) to Support Frame (4), using two M10X40mm Hex Bolts
(92) and two M10 Nylon Nuts (96).
•
Install Pulley NO.3 & NO.5 (51), four Steel Bushings (Ø16XØ11) (31) and Pulley Cover (32) to between of Left and
Right Connect Frames (11&12), using two Shafts (M10) (76), four M10 Washers (92) and four M10 Nylon Nuts (96).
•
Install Pulley NO.6 (51) to Support Frame (4), using one M10X40mm Hex Bolt (83), two M10 Washers (92) and one M10
Nylon Nut (96).
•
Install Pulley NO.7 (51) to Support Frame (4), using one M10X40mm Hex Bolt (83), two M10 Washers (92) and one M10
Nylon Nut (96).
•
Install Pulley NO.8 (51) to two Pulley Patches (26), using one M10X40mm Hex Bolt (83), two M10 Washers (92) and
one M10 Nylon Nut (96).
•
Install Pulley NO.9 (51) to Upper Cross Beam (3), using one M10X40mm Hex Bolt (83), two M10 Washers (92) and
one M10 Nylon Nut (96).
•
Attach the bolt end of Upper Cable (72) to Select Shaft (20) with Plastic Washer (56).
•
Attach Lat Bar (23) to the other end of Upper Cable (72), using one Chain (short) (41) and two Pothooks (40).
2. Assembly of Arm Cables (73)
•
Run the end of Arm Cable (73) through Arm (15) and Rotational Pulley Block (16).
•
Install Pulley NO.15 (52) to Rotational Pulley Block (16), using one M10X50mm Hex Bolt (82), two M10 Washers
(92) and one M10 Nylon Nut (96).
•
Insert Steel Bushing (￠10X￠7) (29) into Roller (69), then attach Roller (69) to Rotational Pulley Block (16), using one
M6X45mm Hex Bolt (90), two M6 Washers (94) and one M6 Nylon Nuts (77).
•
Attach Cable U (30) to the ball end of Arm Cable (73).
•
Install Pulley NO.16 (52) to Arm (15), using one M10X50mm Hex Bolt (82), two M10 Washers (92) and one M10
Nylon Nut (96).
•
Install Pulley NO.17 (51) and Pulley Block (28) to Arm Bracket (14), using one M10X45mm Hex Bolt (98), two M10
Washers (92) and one M10 Nylon Nut (96).
•
Install Pulley NO.18&20 (51) and two Pulley Blocks (28) to Arm Support Frame (13), using one M10X110mm Hex
Bolt (78), two M10 Washers (92) and one M10 Nylon Nut (96).
•
Install Pulley NO.19 (51) to Single Pulley U (27), using one M10X40mm Hex Bolt (83), two M10 Washers (92) and one M10
