Install Pulley NO.22 (52) to Arm (15), using one M10X50mm Hex Bolt (82), two M10 Washers (92) and one M10
Nylon Nut (96).

Install Pulley NO.23 (52) to Rotational Pulley Block (16), using one M10X50mm Hex Bolt (82), two M10 Washers
(92) and one M10 Nylon Nut (96).

Insert Steel Bushing (Ø10XØ7) (29) into Roller (69), then attach Roller (69) to Rotational Pulley Block (16), using one
M6X45mm Hex Bolt (90), two M6 Washers (94) and one M6 Nylon Nut (77).
•
Attach Cable U (30) to the ball end of Arm Cable (73).
•
Attach two Strap Handles (70) to the Cable U (30), using two M10X35mm Hex Bolts (84), four M10 Washers (92),
two M10 Nylon Nuts (96) and two Pothooks (40).
3. Assembly of Lower Cable (71)
•
With Lower Cable (71) in groove of Pulley (51) through Leg Extension Frame (7).
•
Install Pulley NO.10 (51) and two Pulley Bushings (47) to Leg Extension Frame (7), using one M10X70mm Hex Bolt
(80), two M10 Washers (92) and one M10 Nylon Nut (96).
•
Install Pulley NO.11 (51) and two Pulley Bushings (47) to Front Support Frame (8), using one M10X70mm Hex Bolt
(80), two M10 Washers (92) and one M10 Nylon Nut (96).
•
Install Pulley NO.12 (51) to Base Frame (2), using one M10X40mm Hex Bolt (83), two M10 Washers (92) and one
M10 Nylon Nut (96).
•
Install Pulley NO.13 (51) to Arm Bracket (14), using one M10X40mm Hex Bolt (83), two M10 Washers (92) and one
M10 Nylon Nut (96).
•
Install Pulley NO.14 (51) to two Pulley Patches (26), using one M10X40mm Hex Bolt (83), two M10 Washers (92)
and one M10 Nylon Nut (96).
•
Attach the bolt end of Lower Cable (71) to Single Pulley U (27), using one M8X25mm Hex Bolt (88), two M8
Washers (93) and one M8 Nylon Nut (74).
•
Attach Lower Bar (22) or Ankle Strap (19) to the other end of Lower Cable (71), using one Chain (long) (42) and two
Pothooks (40).
