Fitting the casing
All connections on the boiler must be
sealed according to their purpose (e.g.
plugs, sensor wells, etc.) before the casing
is fitted. The sensors for the controller and high
limit safety cut-out should be inserted before the
top cassettes are installed.
The linear rails (1) are inserted into the slots in the front
and back panels. When aligning the rails, observe that
the overhang at the front panel is approx. 40 mm. The
side cassettes (2) are interchangeable. However, the
position of the control unit must be established before
installation. A side cassette (3) with holes is provided
for fitting the control unit.
Position the lower side cassettes (2) at the boiler base
frame and hook into the tab of the linear centre rails.
Begin with the cassettes at the back.
The upper side cassettes (observe position of control
unit) are hooked into the upper linear rail and positioned
on the centre rail. Secure the side cassettes to each
other in the vertical linear slot with the 4.2 x 9.5 self-
tapping screws.
Hook the back casing parts (4) into the slot on the front
of the side cassettes.
First hook the back casing (5) and (6) into the slot on
the front of the side cassettes and then secure in the
centre with 3 self-tapping screws 4.2 x 9.5.
Place the channel rail (9) on the side cassette of the
upper linear rails.
Position the upper top cassette (8) and ensure it
engages with the channel rails in the centre of the
boiler.
Position the back top cassettes and ensure they engage
with the channel rail in the centre of the boiler.
Hook the front reversing chamber cassette (12) over
the boiler door into the slot on the front of the side
cassette.
Hook the front combustion chamber cassette into the
slot on the front of the side cassette.
Never walk on the boiler cover.
