The socket allocation is as follows:

ATTENTION!
a) Ensure the sealing elements are correctly seated! In particular, the seal at the cable outlet from
the socket must sit on the insulating sleeving, not on the individual wires!
b) Route the wiring harness so that no chafing can occur!
c) Do not route the wiring harness close to the exhaust system!!
Position the rubber grommet fitted to the wiring harness and insert into the opening hole from the
luggage compartment to the outside and make sure it is correctly seated.
Fasten the wiring harness to the towing hitch cross member using the supplied 377 mm cable ties.
Insert the three 6-pin, 10-pin and 24-pin connector housings of the wiring harness into the intended
slots in the trailer connection unit and click into place.
Then insert the trailer connection unit at the intended position in the module carrier of the electric
hand parking above the rear right wheel housing (see Fig. 4).
