To charge the battery
The battery must be charged before using it the first
time. The battery is only 30% charged when delivered.
Note: The battery charger must be connected to the
voltage and frequency specified on the rating plate.
The battery will not be charged if the battery
temperature is over 50°C. In that case the battery
charger will actively cool down the battery.
1. Insert the battery charger cord into the socket on the
charger.
2. Insert the electric plug of the battery charger cord in
an earthed socket. The LED on the battery charger
flashes green once.
3. Insert the battery in the battery charger. The green
charging light on the charger is lit when the battery is
connected properly to the battery charger.

Charge the battery.
4. When all LEDs on the battery are lit the battery is
fully charged. Charge the battery for max. 24 hours.
5. To disconnect the battery charger from the wall
socket, pull the plug, not the cord.
6. Remove the battery from the battery charger.
Battery charging status
Husqvarna Lithium-ion batteries can be charged or used
at any charging level. The battery is not damaged. A
fully charged battery will not lose its charge even when
the battery is left in the charger.
