Setting the display brightness

You can choose whether the time display is dimly illuminated or off at night to
minimise sleep disturbance.
to set the display brightness

Hold down E until the display shows the first setting:

Press repeatedly until the current display option is shown; for example:

Press - or + to step through and select a display setting:

Press E to set the display option and return to the clock display.
Note: If you have set the 'off' option and you need to see the time when the
display is off, press
