Disposal of packaging materials

The packaging protects the device from damage during carriage .
The packaging materials have been selected for their environmental
friendliness and ease of disposal, and are therefore recyclable .
Returning the packaging to the material cycle conserves raw
materials and reduces the amount of waste that is generated .
Dispose of packaging materials that are no longer needed in
accordance with applicable local regulations .

Inserting / replacing the batteries

♦ Open the battery compartment
♦ Insert 2 x 1 .5 V batteries (type AAA/Micro) into the battery compart-
ment (observe correct polarity) .
♦ Close and secure the battery compartment .
NOTE
► As soon as the indicator LED
half-second, the batteries are almost depleted and must be replaced .
CAUTION
► Always use batteries from the same manufacturer and of the same
type . Always replace both batteries at the same time .
