AWADUKT FLEX-CONNECT
Installation with EAR in order to reduce the step

The EAR is pushed onto the polymer pipe up to the
stopper lip on the ear by using silicone-free lubricant if
required. The internal diameter of the EAR is designed
for pipes made of PP as per DIN EN 1852-1. An EAR
can also be fitted to other pipes with an external
diameter of 200 mm, 250 mm or 315 mm
(e.g. made of PVC or PE) accordingly.
The arrow (marking of the upper crowning point)
has to point upwards.
Coat the outer surface of the EAR with a
of lubricant.
Ensure when subsequently connecting the pipes
that the pipe pre-installed with the EAR is inserted up
to the insertion depth marking
instruction AWADUKT FLEX-CONNECT (chapter 2.1)
and the marking of the upper crowning point still points
upwards.
Carry out the installation by observin chapter 2.1.
