Stopwatch mode
The stopwatch mode features four functions: Stopwatch, stopwatch with lap counter, stopwatch with split
(interval) times, and countdown. The individual functions can be accessed via the Mode button (4).
Stopwatch with lap counter:
The lap counter allows counting of up to 99 laps. The fastest and the slowest lap as well as the
average lap time can be displayed. However, only the details of the first 30 lap times are saved
for later viewing.

Switch to the stopwatch mode using the Mode button (4). In the top left of the display, the word "Lap" must
be displayed.

Press the Start/Stop button (5) to start the countup (c). It will be displayed in the lower part of the display.
3.
After one lap, press the Lap/Reset button (2) while the countup (c) continues. The lap count (a) and the lap
time (b) are displayed in the upper part of the display, while the countup (c) is in progress. This procedure
can be repeated up to 99 times max. Then, the lap count will be reset to zero.
4.
The countup (c) can be paused and started again with the Start/Stop button (5).
5.
You can call up the data after the recording has been done. (See "Reading data") or press the Lap/Reset
button (2) while the countup (c) is paused to reset the stopwatch to zero.
Stopwatch with split times:

Switch to the stopwatch mode using the Mode button (4). Press the Mode button (4) again until "Split" is
indicated in the top left of the display.

Press the Start/Stop button (5) to start the countup (c). It will be displayed in the lower part of the display.
3.
To establish a split time, press the Lap/Reset button (2) while the countup continues. The number of split
times (a) and the last time measurement (b) are displayed in the upper part of the display, while the countup
continues. This procedure can be repeated up to 99 times max. Then, the number of split times (a) will be
reset to zero.

The countup can be paused and started again with the Start/Stop button (5).
5.
You can call up the data after the recording has been done. (See "Reading data") or press the Lap/Reset
button (2) while the countup is paused to reset the stopwatch to zero.
Reading data:
Memory lap counts and split times are shown together for each call-up. The top part of the display
shows the lap count, the lower part the split times.
1.
To call up the data, press the Recall button (3) during stopwatch mode (lap or split):

Once: The fastest lap is shown. (FS LAP)

Twice: The slowest lap is shown. (SL LAP)

Three times: The average lap time is shown. (AV LAP)

Press the Lap/Reset button (2) or the Start/Stop button (5) to call up details on the first 30 lap and split times.
The word "Recall" indicates that you are in the data reading function. The upper part of the display shows
the lap number with the respective time, the lower part indicates the corresponding split time. Press the Lap/
Reset button (2) and the Start/Stop button (5) to toggle between the memory sets.
3.
Press the Mode button (4) to end reading out data. The word "Recall" will no longer be displayed.
4.
Use the Lap/Reset button to reset the stopwatch to zero.
Stopwatch:
1.
Switch to the stopwatch mode (lap or split) using the Mode button (4).
2.
Press the Start/Stop button (5) to start the countup. It will be displayed in the lower part of the display.
3.
Press the Start/Stop button (5) to pause the countup, and press the button again to continue the countup.
Countdown:
The last five seconds of the countdown are accompanied by beeps. A long beep sounds when
the countdown has ended. The countdown will then start automatically anew. The top part of the
display shows the number of completed countdowns (a) and the total time passed (b) since the
last countdown has ended.

With the Mode button (4), switch to stopwatch mode and press the Mode button (4) again, until "Timer" is
shown in the centre of the display.

When all numbers are set to zero, the countdown time will automatically be the maximum value of 10 hours.
Start the 10-hour countdown by pressing the Start/Stop button.
3.
To set a countdown time, press and hold the Recall button (3), until the hour digits start flashing. The set
time will be automatically reset to zero. If required, set the number of hours using the Start/Stop button.
With the Lap/Reset button (2), switch to the minutes and seconds digits and set the required times using
the Start/Stop button (5).
4.
Save your settings and exit with the Mode button (4) or the Recall button (3).
5.
Start the countdown using the Start/Stop button (5). The top part of the display will show the total time, the
lower part the countdown.

Press the Start/Stop button (5) to pause the countdown, and press the button again to continue the
countdown.
7.
While the countdown is paused, press the Lap/Reset button to reset the countdown.
Alarm mode
In alarm mode, the set time (a) is displayed in the top of the display. The lower part of the display shows the
current alarm time (b). The characters AL (d) next to the alarm time indicate that you are currently in alarm
mode.

To set the alarm (b), switch to alarm mode using the Mode button (4).
2.
Press and hold the Recall button (3) until the hours digits start flashing. The alarm will be activated
automatically. When the alarm is activated, a bell icon (c) will appear at the left margin of the display.
3.
Press the Start/Stop button (5) repeatedly to set the hour in single increments. Press and hold the Start/Stop
button (5) to accelerate number inputting.
4.
With the Lap/Reset button (2), switch to the minutes setting and set the required minutes using the Start/
Stop button (5).
5.
Save your settings and exit with the Mode button (4) or the Recall button (3).
6.
Turn the alarm on or off by pressing the Start/Stop button while in alarm mode.
7.
Disposal
Product
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the household waste.
At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to the relevant statutory regulations.
Remove any inserted batteries and dispose of them separately from the product.
Batteries
You as the end user are required by law (Battery Ordinance) to return all used batteries. Disposing of them in
the household waste is prohibited.
Contaminated batteries are labelled with this symbol to indicate that disposal in the domestic waste
is forbidden. The designations for the heavy metals involved are: Cd = Cadmium, Hg = Mercury, Pb
= Lead (name on batteries, e.g. below the trash icon on the left).
Used batteries can be returned to collection points in your municipality, our stores or wherever
batteries are sold.
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
