Warranty

Th e warranty period for this machine is two years and co-
vers manufacturers faults. Th e warranty is valid under the
condition that the machine is used under normal conditions
on the task for which it was designed and is maintained
properly.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

Problem
Motor will not start.
The motor stops directly
after starting.
Motor runs but no suction.
Fan runs but poor suction.
Machine blows dust.
Abnormal sound from
machine.
Normal wear is not covered by this warranty. Service per-
formed by other than Dustcontrol or its autho-rized agent
voids automatically the warranty. No other warranty express
or implied is applicable.
Fault
Machine not connected.
Blower is blocked
Temperature exceeds
+ 55 degrees Celsius.
Incorrect fuse.
Blower is blocked.
Temperature exceeds
+ 55 degrees Celsius.
Hose not connected.
Hose plugged.
The container is not closed.
Hole in the hose.
Plugged fi lter.
Hose too long or too small.
Hose is kinked.
Machine top is mounted
incorrectly.
Dust is packed in the
cyclone.
Filter is perforated or has
come loose.
Something might be
broken.

Solution
Make sure connection.
Order service.
Break the electic connection,
wait for approx. 30 min. Then
connect again.
Change to correct fuse.
Order service.
Break the electric connection,
wait for approx. 30 min. Then
connect again.
Connect the hose.
Find and remove block.
Close the container.
Change or repair hose.
Clean or change fi lter.
Change the hose.
Check and free.
Adjust the mounting.
Take off the top and clean
out.
Check the fi lters and change
if necessary.
