6. Troubleshooting

Fault
The ready light
(2) will not con-
tinuously light
up in green.
Pouches are
not laminated
properly.
NOTE
Contact our customer service department if the problem re-
mains after you have taken the steps detailed above.

Possible cause
On/Off switch (4) on
the right-hand side
of the device is on
position 0.
The power cable
(5) is not connected
correctly.
No mains power.
Device is faulty.
The required tem-
perature has not yet
been reached.
Solution
Switch the On/Off switch
(4) to position I.
Ensure that the plug is
connected to the electri-
cal socket.
Check your fuse box.
Inform our customer
service department.
Wait for the ready light (2)
to become solid green.
