mage résultant d'un tel non-respect.

If several buttons have been pressed (they are then a little further into
the housing), then simply press one of the buttons and the others will
automatically spring out.
If more than one button is pressed simultaneously the connected PCs
and USB devices may become damaged.
• Plug your USB device (e.g. a USB hub) into the single flat USB type-A connector
on the back of the USB switch box.

• Connect the other square USB type-B connectors to a USB port on your PCs.
• Now you can make the connection between PC1, PC2 and PC3 and the USB
device by means of the 3 switches on the front panel.
6. Handling
Operation is only permitted in dry internal rooms.
Avoid the following unfavourable environmental conditions at the installation site or
during transport:
- Wet conditions or too high an air humidity
- Extreme cold or heat
- Dust or combustible gases, vapours or solvents
- Severe vibrations
- Strong magnetic fields, such as are found in the vicinity of machines or loudspeak-
ers
USB devices permit plugging in and unplugging during operation. You therefore
don't need to switch your PC off if you wish to plug in or unplug devices (with other
interfaces this can lead to damage, for example if you plug in or unplug a PS/2
mouse during operation).
If however data transmissions are taking place via the USB port, e.g. if a USB scan-
ner is supplying data to the PC, and if you were to pull the USB plug out, the appli-
cation program could crash and other data may well be damaged.
Needless to say, the same appliestrue when switching by means of one of the three
switches on the front of the USB switch box.
