d) Switching Off
After you have read/digitised all images, pull out the slide or negative holder to the left.
Switch off the slide/film scanner by briefly pressing the " " button (1).
Disconnect the slide/film scanner from the mains adapter or USB port, disconnect the mains
adapter from the mains socket.

9. Scanning Mode

a) Live Image

After starting scanning mode, the current image is
displayed. A flashing red dot at the upper left of the
screen shows that the image is a live image.
If required, the image can be mirror-inverted before
saving it; colour and brightness can also be adjusted.

If the image is displayed incorrectly/negative, select the correct film type in the main
menu.
To get back into the main menu from scanning mode, press the "OK" button briefly.
Then select the house icon "
The following button functions are now available:
• Button " Left/Down"
Submenu for calling the settings for colour saturation/image brightness (see chapter 9. c)
• Button " Right/Up"
Submenu for calling vertical/horizontal mirroring of the image (see chapter 9. b)
• "OK" button
Reading/scanning the image and calling the save menu (see chapter 9. d)
