GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Read the instructions carefully before using the battery charger.
• These instructions are an important part of the battery charger and
should always be stored with the product. If the battery charger is
sold, the instructions must be handed over to the new owner.
• Always store the instructions in a user-accessible location and ensure
that they are kept in good condition. The instructions contain important
information concerning your safety.
• Follow the safety precautions carefully to avoid the risk of personal
injury or damage to the equipment.
• Use the charger for recommended batteries only. Other types of bat-
teries may break and cause personal injury and property damage.
• Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
• To avoid damage to the vehicle's electrical system, the vehicle
manufacturer's instructions and the charging instructions must be
followed carefully. This also applies to the instructions provided by the
battery manufacturer.
• When unplugging the battery charger from the mains, pull on the plug
itself, not the power cord.
• The battery charger must NOT be covered during use.
• This kind of battery charger is only intended for indoor use. Do not
expose to rain or snow.
• DO NOT place the battery charger directly above a charging battery.
Gases from the battery will cause corrosion damage to the battery
charger.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

By law the product must be returned to the place of purchase along with the original
receipt in the event of a complaint. The user is liable for any damage to the product that
is caused by not using the product for its intended purpose or by not following this user
manual correctly. The right of complaint will not apply in these instances.
