6. Safety instructions

Damage arising due to failure to follow these instructions will void the warranty. We shall not be
liable for any consequential damages.
We shall not be liable for damage to property or personal injury caused by incorrect handling or
failure to observe the safety information! Such cases will void the warranty.
Normal wear and tear and accidental damage are not covered by the warranty.
Dear customer, these safety instructions are provided to ensure the safe operation of the product. Read this
section carefully before using the product for the first time.
a) General information
• The unauthorized conversion and/or modification of the product or its components is prohibited for safety
and approval reasons.
• The product is not a toy and must be kept out of reach of children under 14 years of age.
• The product must not get damp or wet.
• We recommend that you take out private liability insurance. If you already have purchased such a policy,
contact your provider to check that the remote controlled model is covered by the policy.
• Do not turn on the motor on the model until the receiver has been installed, otherwise the motor may
turn on unexpectedly.
• Do not leave packaging material unattended, as it may become dangerous playing material for children.
• Check the functional safety of your model and the remote control system before each use. Inspect the
parts for any signs of damage such as broken connectors or damaged cables. All moving parts should
move freely, but there must be not any slackness in the bearing.
• If you have no previous experience of using remote-controlled models, proceed with caution and
familiarise yourself with how the model responds to the remote control commands.
