b) Fonctionnement du tournevis sur accumulateur
Des cheveux ou des vêtements peuvent être entraînés par des pièces en rotation, risque de blessures ! Utiliser pour cette raison une
résille pour les cheveux longs et porter des vêtements serrés pendant le travail.
Avant chaque utilisation, contrôler le tournevis sur accumulateur en vue d'éventuelles détériorations. Si vous constatez des détério-
rations, ne mettez pas l'appareil en service, et laissez-le contrôler par un spécialiste.
Pour des raisons de sécurité, commuter l'inverseur sur la position du milieu avant d'installer ou de retirer des inserts de tournevis
ou des forets. Dans cette position, l'entraînement est bloqué (verrouillage de mise en marche).
Lors du forage ou du vissage, veillez à ne pas endommager de lignes électriques, de gaz ou d'eau ! Danger de mort !
Lors du vissage de longues vis, prendre des précautions particulières : la vis peut se bloquer ou le tournevis sur accumulateur peut
glisser, risque de blessures !
N'exercez pas une contrainte extrême jusqu'à ce que l'entraînement s'immobilise.
Lors du forage ou du vissage au plafond, porter des lunettes de protection appropriées. Risques pour les yeux de par la poussière
de forage ou la limaille.
Dans certains cas, le port d'un masque respiratoire peut s'avérer nécessaire, ainsi la poussière ne pénètre pas dans le nez, la
bouche et les poumons. Une protection acoustique peut s'avérer également nécessaire.
Lors du forage ou du vissage au plafond, interdiction d'utiliser le support magnétique sur la partie supérieure du tournevis sur ac-
cumulateur. Les vis placées à cet endroit peuvent tomber (par exemple sur le visage/les yeux), risque de blessures !
Maintenez fermement le tournevis sur accumulateur. Suite à un arrêt brutal de l'entraînement (si la perceuse se bloque par ex-
emple), le couple est transmis sur le tournevis sur accumulateur, il pivote alors latéralement. Risque de chute du tournevis sur
accumulateur, risque de blessures !
c) Accumulateur et chargeur
L'accumulateur est fermement intégré au tournevis sur accumulateur (système embarqué non remplaçable) et ne peut être rechargé
que par l'intermédiaire du chargeur fourni. L'usage du chargeur est exclusivement réservé au tournevis sur accumulateur.
Charger l'accumulateur uniquement à une température ambiante d'env. 10°C à 30°C.
Si le tournevis sur accumulateur/l'accumulateur s'est réchauffé des suites d'une longue mise en service, le laisser tout d'abord
refroidir avant de le charger.
Ne recharger l'accumulateur que lorsqu'il est vide. Le chargement répété et consécutif d'un accumulateur non vide, ou le charge-
ment après une brève utilisation conduit à une réduction de la longévité de l'accumulateur et à une perte de capacité („effet de
mémoire").
L'accumulateur NiCd utilisé se décharge lentement de lui-même s'il n'est pas utilisé („autodéchargement"). Si le tournevis sur ac-
cumulateur n'est pas utilisé pendant un certain temps, recharger régulièrement l'accumulateur, environ tous les 3 mois.
Protéger le produit du froid et de la chaleur extrême et des rayons directs du soleil. De par l'influence de conditions environnemen-
tales défavorables, la durée de vie de l'accumulateur est non seulement réduite, mais dans des cas extrêmes, risque d'explosion
et/ou risque de détérioration de l'accumulateur.
Ne pas jeter au feu le tournevis sur accumulateur avec l'accumulateur intégré. Risque d'explosion de l'accumulateur !
Manipuler le produit avec précaution, ne laissez tomber ni le tournevis sur accumulateur ni le chargeur. De par son poids élevé,
risque de détérioration du produit, mais également risque de blessures.
Ne jamais démonter l'accumulateur.
En cas de court-circuit des contacts de l'accumulateur, risque d'incendie et d'explosion !

7. Handling
Observe all safety instructions in these operating instructions!
The product may not become damp or wet. Do not touch the cordless screwdriver and plug charging set with your damp
or wet hands! There is risk of a fatal electric shock!
Avoid the following unfavourable ambient conditions during operation or transportation:
-
damp or humidity which is too high
-
extreme coldness or heat
-
direct sunlight
-
dust or combustible gases, vapours or solvents (Explosion hazard!)
-
strong vibrations
-
strong magnetic fields such as those found in the vicinity of machinery or loudspeakers.
Always check the product for damage every time before using it.
In case you notice any damage, do not operate the product any longer and bring it to a specialist workshop.
It must be assumed that the safe operation is no longer possible, if
-
the device has been visibly damaged,
-
the device does not longer operate and
-
it has been stored for long periods under unfavourable conditions or
-
it has been subject to considerable stress in transit.
Never place the cordless screwdriver and the plug-in charging set onto valuable furniture surfaces without sufficient protection
measures.
Allow the cordless screwdriver with the accumulator installed to cool down before charging it.
Ensure that the cordless screwdriver/plug-in charging set is ventilated sufficiently during the charging process. Monitor the charging
process. Do not cover the plug-in charging set/cordless screwdriver, keep it at a sufficient distance to other objects etc.
Separate the plug-in charging set from the cordless screwdriver as soon as possible after having completed the charging process.
Ensure that the cordless screwdriver is not permanently connected to the plug-in charging set, because this could damage the
accumulator in the cordless screwdriver!
After about 6-8 hours required for the charging process, pull the low-voltage plug out of the cordless screwdriver, then pull the
plug-in charging set out of the mains socket.
Do not insert any objects, e.g. paper clips, ballpoint pens, pins or knitting needles etc. into the ventilation slits or openings of the
device. This cannot only cause risk of product damage but also risk of a fatal electric shock!
Do not pull the plug-in charging set out of the mains socket by the cable, risk of a fatal electric shock! Pull the plug-in charging set
always out of the mains socket by the casing (hold it at its left and right sides with your hand and then pull it out).
It is not permitted to open or disassemble the product (cordless screwdriver and plug-in charging set). None of the components inside
the product is to be maintained by the user.
Put on appropriate clothes when operating the product and take additional protective measures (safety goggles, dust protection, ear
protection).
Keep order at your workstation, ensure good light conditions. Keep children away from your workstation.
Protect the workpiece against sliding or turning. For example, use a vice for drilling operations.
Only use suitable bore bits or drills for the cordless screwdriver.
Ensure your safe standing position when working, use a suitable ladder for example.
Principally, use the electric tools only if you are concentrated and sober. A non-concentrated way of working or working under alcohol
or drugs cannot only damage the workpiece or electric device but can also cause high risk of injury!
Do not overload the electrical appliances. Only use the electric devices for such operations for which they are provided. For example,
the cordless screwdriver must not be used for gauging mortar.
Do not apply any force onto the cordless screwdriver when screwing or drilling. Apart from the risk to damage the cordless screwdriver/
accumulator there is also risk of injury.
Never touch the rotating drill chuck, the rotating drill or drill bit. Risk of injury!
The heating-up of the cordless screwdriver or the installed accumulator during operation is normal. The same applies for charging the
accumulator.
Keep the electrical appliances in a clean condition and clean them at regular intervals. In this way you can enjoy a correctly functioning
tool for a long period of time.
Keep the electrical appliance at a dry and clean location (no damp cellars or places like that). The location at which you keep the device
must be out of the reach of children. Children cannot estimate the risks which can arise through handling electrical appliances.
