d) Setting the torque or selecting the drill mode
By turning the torque-setting ring (2) the desired torque can be set at which the sliding clutch is
activated. Thus, the screw cannot be overtightened, e.g. when screwing it in; the screw flushes with
the material surface if the torque setting has been selected properly.
For drilling the setting ring can be set to a special position (marked by a drill symbol). In this position
the sliding clutch is deactivated, the torque is not limited.
The higher the setting value (see imprint at the cordless screwdriver), the higher the
torque available.
Low setting value:
soft materials, small screws
High setting value:
hard materials, large screws
Drill symbol:
no torque limitation
For screwing out screws select a higher value or the „Drill" setting (drill symbol).
e) On/off switch
To be able to operate the on/off switch (7), the turn-over switch (4) must not be at its central position (in this position the on/off
switch is blocked).
The number of revolutions of the drive depends on the degree to which the on/off switch (7) is pressed.
The mini cordless screwdriver is provided with two revolution stages:
If the on/off switch is pressed slightly, about 200 rpm are offered as the number of revolutions (idle running).
If the on/off switch is pressed completely, about 550 rpm are offered as the number of revolutions.
f) Changing and/or fastening the drill chuck
To mount special tools at the retaining element of the cordless screwdriver it might be
necessary to unscrew the drill chuck.
First, set the turn-over switch (4) to its central position (blocking the drive).
Open the drill chuck completely and unscrew the screw inside the drill chuck by means
of an appropriate crosshead screwdriver and take it out of the drill chuck (∂).
The screw has a left-handed thread, therefore turn it to the right to release
it, clockwise!
Then, insert a wrench into the drill chuck and tighten the drill chuck. Set the torque
ring to „Drill".
Use a rubber mallet to beat onto the wrench as shown in the figure on the right-hand
side (anticlockwise!) so that the drill chuck releases (À).
Then, the drill chuck can be unscrewed (turn anticlockwise, Ã).
For assembly proceed in the same manner in reverse (contrary senses of
rotation in the figures!).
Take care that the screw in the drill chuck has a left-handed thread, it is to
be turned anticlockwise to be tightened.

5. Chargement de l'accumulateur/du tournevis sur accumulateur
Respecter impérativement les consignes de sécurité de cette notice d'utilisation, en particulier celles figurant au chapitre 4. c).
Avant la première mise en service, l'accumulateur fermement intégré (non remplaçable !) dans le tournevis sur accumulateur doit
être chargé.
De façon générale, observez ce qui suit : Un accumulateur neuf ou non utilisé pendant un certain temps ne fournit sa pleine
performance qu'après environ 5 procédures de chargement et de déchargement totales.
Celui-ci doit être rechargé lorsque le tournevis sur accumulateur est en service :

lorsque l'entraînement ne fonctionne plus que très lentement sans qu'aucune
contrainte ne soit exercée

lorsqu'il est rangé sur une longue période, tous les 3 mois
Recharge sans support chargeur
•
Enficher le chargeur (∂) dans une prise secteur (230V~/50Hz).
•
Raccorder la douille basse tension (À) du tournevis sur accumulateur (en bas,
sur la poignée) avec la douille basse tension du chargeur.
La DEL (Ã) du tournevis sur accumulateur s'allume, l'accumulateur est en
cours de chargement.
•
Après la durée de chargement d'env. 6 à 8 heures, débrancher la prise basse
tension du tournevis sur accumulateur. Débrancher le bloc d'alimentation de
la prise de courant.
Recharge avec support chargeur
N'utilisez pas le réceptacle d'alimentation (À) ni le tournevis sans
fil quand vous utilisez le support chargeur
•
Branchez le cordon de charge dans la prise de charge située sur le support
chargeur.
•
Insérez le tournevis sans fil dans le réceptacle de charge. La DEL (Õ) du
tournevis sans fil s'allume pendant la charge de la batterie.
Une procédure complète de chargement dure environ 6 et 8 heures.
Pendant la procédure de chargement, l'accumulateur se réchauffe. Ceci est normal et propre au chargeur.
Le chargeur ne s'éteint pas automatiquement lorsque l'accumulateur est totalement chargé !
Indicateurs d'état de la batterie
Le support chargeur est équipé d'indicateurs de charge de la batterie. Appuyez sur le bouton d'état de la batterie (9). L'illumination des LEDs
indique l'état de la batterie. LED rouge allumée: batterie presque déchargée.
