Troubleshooting

Observe all safety instructions in these operating instructions!
Problem
Device cannot be switched on.
No playback of files or a certain file
is not played back.
The computer does not recognize
the multimedia player or the
accumulator is not charging.
Device turns off automatically.
Solution
• Is the integrated rechargeable battery empty?
Charge it as described in the chapter "Charge
battery".
• Is the multimedia player connected with a
computer via USB? Playback is not possible
then. First separate the device from the computer.
• The file cannot be played back or displayed
because the multimedia player does not support
this format.
• Use a USB port that can provide a current of
500mA. This is e.g. the USB port of a computer
or a USB hub with an inherent power supply.
• Some notebooks cannot provide power supply
on the USB port. Use an external USB hub with
its own power supply unit in this case.
• Is the rechargeable battery empty?
• Check the settings for automatic shutoff.
