Troubleshooting

Please observe all safety instructions in these operating instructions!
Problem
The device cannot be switched on.
No playback of files or a certain file
is not played back.
The computer does not recognize
the multimedia player or the
rechargeable battery is not being
charged.
The microphone recording level is
too low or too high
The device turns off automatically.
Solution
• Is the integrated rechargeable battery empty?
Charge it as described in the chapter "Charging
the Rechargeable Battery".
• Is the on/off switch in the "ON" position?
• Is the multimedia player connected to a computer
via USB? Playback is not possible then. First
disconnect the device from the computer.
• The file cannot be played back or displayed
because the multimedia player does not support
this format.
• Use a USB port that can provide a current of
500mA. This is e.g. the USB port of a computer
or a USB hub with an inherent power supply.
• Some notebooks cannot provide power supply
via the USB port. Use an external USB hub with
its own power supply unit in this case.
• You can change the recording volume in the
settings.
• Change the distance between the audio source
and the microphone.
• Is the rechargeable battery empty?
• Check the settings for automatic shutoff or power
save mode.
