Troubleshooting

Observe all safety instructions in this manual!
Problem
Device cannot be switched on.
Files or a specific file cannot be
played.
Device shuts off automatically.
Poor radio reception
Remedy
• The batteries are empty. Try using four new AA
batteries.
• Operate the clock radio with the provided wall
power supply. Due to the relatively high power
consumption of the display, the clock radio should
not be used with batteries permanently!
• Is the clock radio connected to a computer via
USB? If so, files cannot be played. Disconnect
the device from the computer.
• The file cannot be played or displayed because
the clock radio player does not support the format.
• Check the settings of the screen saver.
• The batteries are empty. Operate the clock radio
with the provided wall power supply, see above.
• Make sure you connect the supplied 3.5mm
stereo jack cable to the AUX audio input (18), as
it also serves as an external aerial for the FM
radio.
