The ERROR indicator is displayed while using the remote control
• The key you pressed was not programmed. Program the desired function again
with the learning feature.
The recording feature of a device does not respond to the remote control
• The recording key has to be pressed for at least 2 seconds as protection against
inadvertent triggering of the recording feature.
The learning feature results in no satisfactory results
• Replace the batteries of the original remote control and the universal remote
control.
• Maintain the stated distances when progamming.
• Switch off any artifical light in the vicinity when programming.
• The original remote control is not compatible with the universal remote control.
The macro feature does not function
• Make sure that you hold the universal remote control in the direction of the devices
to be controlled during the transmission process.
• The macro programming was faulty. Re-program the macro.
A key of the original remote control triggers two or more features
• The universal remote control can only store one command per key. Store the
different commands on different keys when programming.
The LCD user interface is switched off
• The universal remote control has been programmed ex works to switch off
automatically after approx. 90 minutes in which no keys have been pressed.
Switch the universal remote control on again by pressing the user surface lightly
or moving the remote control.
