Presentation

The Pressure Measuring Adapter was developed to enable pressu-
re and negative pressure to be measured easily, inexpensively and
relatively precisely. The measuring transducer of the Pressure Mea-
suring Adapter is screwed into a pressurised System with an appro-
priate 1/2" connector and the Pressure Measuring Adapter itself '
connected to a Voltmeter with 200 mV measuring range and an
input resistance of ideally IO MOhm. With Voltmeters with an input
resistance of from at least 1 MOhm up to 10 MOhm, an additional
measurement error of 0.5% must be reckoned with.
A changeover switch allows measurements either in metric or Bri-
tish/American units of measurement. Using a second switch, selec-

on a multimeter (as described below), the battery is to be replaced.
