Sealing the Inwall Back Box in
cement
The Inwall Back Box is fixed to
the wall timbers with 4, 4.2 x
1
120mm ( / x 4 ¾ in ) nails at
6
the pre-drilled positions. If the
cement is fully hardened, the 4
nails will be pulled through the
flooring of the housing or broken
off.

Installation of Inwall Back
Box in wall or ceiling with
plaster rendering
If the Inwall Back Box is to be
installed in a (brick con-
struction) wall, you must ensure
that the rebate around it is kept
free so that the plaster
rendering that is applied later
(shown in black in Fig. 2) ends
up being flush to the housing.

Fixing the speaker

Use the six wood screws when
installing the speaker unit in the
Inwall Back Box. If the surface
of the wall is uneven, you
should use a gasket to make
sure that there is an airtight
seal.
