Hygrometer
In order to set the so far maximum measured humid-
ity, press the button „HUMIDITY/MAX/MIN" (4) once.
Subsequently the display shows the writing MAX
beside the humidity value.
In order to set the so far minimum measured humid-
ity, press the button „HUMIDITY/MAX/MIN" (4) again.
Subsequently the display shows the writing MIN
beside the humidity value.
Press the button „HUMIDITY/MAX/MIN" (4) again in order to display the present room humidity.
While MAX or MIN is displayed you can reset the respective value by press-
ing the button „CLEAR" (3).
Out of range of display
If temperature or humidity are out of range on the display (see technical data) the writing „HI" (for
exceeding the max. display value) or „LO" (for under-running the min. display value) is shown.

Reset MIN/MAX values
If the thermo-hygrometer with comfort display does not work correctly a RESET can be done.
With a RESET all MIN and MAX values will be deleted, too.
In order to RESET the device, press the button „RESET" (7) on the back of the product.
Thereupon all display segments will be shown briefly.
Afterwards the thermo-hygrometer with comfort display is ready for operation.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Except for replacing the battery as described, the device is maintenance-free.
To clean the outside of the product, a dry, soft and clean cloth is sufficient. Do not use any
aggressive cleaning agents.

Disposal
a) In general
When disposing of an unserviceable product, do so in line with the relevant statu-
tory regulations.
b) Batteries and rechargeable batteries
As a consumer you are required (Battery Ordinance) to responsibly dispose of all used batter-
ies and rechargeable batteries; it is forbidden to throw them away with the normal house-
hold waste!
Contaminated batteries/rechargeable batteries are labelled with these symbols to
indicate that disposal in household waste is forbidden. The designations for the
heavy metals involved are: Cd = Cadmium, Hg = Mercury, Pb = Lead.
Used batteries, rechargeable batteries as well as coin cells can be returned to col-
lection points in your municipality, our stores or wherever batteries/rechargeable
batteries/coin cells are sold!
Thus, you fulfil the legal requirements and contribute to protecting the environment!
